info
Probably the best salmon I’ve ever had. This teriyaki glaze was so ridiculously good and is good on any protein. I used the marinade function on my @avidarmor USV32 but if you gave it about 4 hours in the fridge, would work as well. @nomadgrills • 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tsp fresh grated ginger 1 tsp fresh grated garlic 2 Tbsp Mirin 1 tsp corn starch • Thoroughly mix all ingredients except cornstarch. Marinate the salmon, flesh down for 4-6 hours keeping the skin out of the marinade. • Remove fish and pat dry reserving the marinade. Create a slurry using a small amount of the reserved marinade and the cornstarch. Combine slurry with the remaining marinade and simmer in a sauce pan to reduce to aprx half being careful not to burn. Keep sauce warm until ready to serve. • Preheat grill to medium heat, oil fish skin and grill grates and grill fish skin side down until internal temp hits about 100°, flip flesh side down and continue cooking until internal temp hits about 125°-130°. • Remove from heat and serve with sauce and top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. • #salmonrecipe #teriyaki #freshfish #healthyfoods #easyrecipes
