Loaded Buffalo Chicken Baguette 🥖🧡 Save this & give it a go because it is so worth it 🥹 Ingredients: -1 Sourdough Baguette 315kcal -120g chicken diddies raw -2tsp of Buffalo seasoning -40ml buffalo sauce @franksredhot -25g light mozzarella -salt and pepper ✨Garlic Butter -15g butter -15g garlic purée -fresh/dried parsley ✨Garnish -parsley Method 1️⃣Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake roll for 10-15mins until slightly golden. 2️⃣Season chicken with buffalo seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to frying pan and cook for 7-9 mins each side. Remove from pan and shred. Add back into pan with franks buffalo sauce. Cook until sauce thickens slightly 3️⃣Combine garlic butter ingredients 4️⃣ After roll has cooled for a few minutes. Cut down top of roll. Spread garlic butter, add in chicken on top .
