Get FREE shipping on orders of $60 or more. __________________________________ Lolli's Banana Nut Brittle Ingredients: 1/2c erythritol, granular 1/2c sugar-free (thick) vanilla syrup 1/4c water 1/4tsp salt 1/2-1 tsp baking soda 2TB Butter, softened 2tsp Freeze dried banana powder, (this only adds 4 net carbs to the entire batch) 1C @lolliscookieclusters Banana Nut Cookie Clusters, crumbled or pulverized 1/4c salted pistachios, (chopped) or peanuts or pecans. *adjust salt above if your nuts are super salty. To prepare: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a heavy saucepan, bring sweetener, syrup, salt, & water to a boil. Whisk till sweetener is dissolved. Clip a candy thermometer onto side of pan. Whisk with a wire whisk every so often till mixture reaches 300-305 degrees. Remove from heat, & quickly whisk in butter, banana powder, & baking soda. Now quickly stir in Lolli’s & nuts. Immediately pour this over lined baking sheet, spreading thinly with a spreader or fork. Let cool. Cover a freeze till solid. I left mine in the freezer overnight. Break into pieces & enjoy! *Only use a 1/2 tsp of baking soda in this to make it a crunchy, yet chewy brittle. If you want a really hard brittle, use 1 tsp of baking soda.
