There are 5 main movements you should be including if you really want to grow your legs 1️⃣Heavy Squat 2 more quad focused exercises Interchanging between : Leg press / split squat / lunge variation / leg extension Then for hamstrings 1️⃣- stretch based movement like db or barbell Romananian deadlift 2️⃣ a motion that brings your heel to butt Like the lying leg curl , machine leg curl, kneeling leg curl Video does not include calf training or if you are trying to focus more on a specific body part But this is a generic leg day to cover your basis #legday#legdayexercises#tipsforlegday
