My body has been blessing me with an easy go these last few months- So I can’t even be upset that this one has been a kicker. I am sympathetic to my body and like to listen to and respond with care when feeling off…so I rested for one day and the next, although still experiencing symptoms, urged myself forward and got the fail proof dopamine surge that is the best part of exercise! started the day weary… ended it with doing a deep clean in my closet and a few other to-do’s marked off! The run off of one good choice leading to many more may be what you can identify as “intrinsic value” of regular exercise. More than a physical outcome, it’s a mental health tool.
