Push up! You absolutely can do a push up! You just need to choose the level right for you. I like around 10 reps because you build quite a bit of strength that way. But higher reps are great too. After you can hit 10 reps, play around with the next level. 1 or 2 reps is good. Just finish off with the previous level of push up you were doing. Over time this will progress you VERY well.
