1. Look in ear canal and remove debris 2. Show off the wax 3. Insert foam blocker in to ear canal to protect the ear drum from the impression material 4. Mix the two-part impression material 5. Insert material into a syringe 6. Using the syringe, fill the ear canal and outer ear with impression material 7. Let the material cure in the ear until hard (approx 3 minutes) 8. Remove from canal gently 9.
