This 4 ingredient scone recipe is quite peculiar. I had to try it for myself! It uses 7UP soda, cream, and self-rising flour to make some pretty cool scones. I’m not saying this is the best recipe for scones out there, but if you’re in a pinch or you don’t want to go through the hassle of making real scones, these are a great alternative. You must eat them warm with jam or cream though. Since there isn’t a lot of fat in them, they can dry up if left out for long. 🦴 Soda Bone Scones 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour (not all -purpose) 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 cup 7UP Sanding sugar Preheat oven to 390F Mix flour, heavy cream, and 7UP together until dough is just combined. (Don’t over-mix!) dough will be soft and sticky. Dump the dough out on floured surface. Fold the dough 3-5 times and pat into a circle. Cut out shape. Place on a lined parchment baking tray. Brush with heavy cream and sprinkle with sanding sugar. Bake for 15 mins until golden brown. Serve hot with jam and cream. #scones #easyrecipes #3ingredients #bones #foodart #creepyfood #creativefood #easybaking #baking #breads
