Replying to @5starr.Felixx Full Recipe👇🏼 2 chicken breasts, butterflied Marinade: 1 cup buttermilk ranch 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp Worcestershire Breadcrumb Topping: 3 tbsp salted butter, melted 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Parmesan Topping: 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch 1 cup shredded Parmesan 1/2 cup shredded provolone - or 4 slices cut up Steps: Into a mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and all the marinade ingredients. Allow the chicken to marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes. Into a skillet, heat up 3 tbsp of olive oil on medium high heat and cook your chicken until fully cooked. Into a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and panko breadcrumbs. Set aside. Into another small bowl, add the ingredients for the Parmesan topping and mix until combined and set aside. Remove the chicken once cooked and place the chicken into a baking dish. Top chicken with parmesan cheese topping and then add your breadcrumbs.
