Did I convince anyone to try it? lol! I get it…it isn’t a beautiful lasagna…I debated posting this because I just couldn’t make this look “not disgusting”…. lol But WHATEVER. It really was delicious and I really will make this again. It’s like a cheesy pizza dip. Seriously though- try it out. Doooo itttttt!!!! Lol 😂 Here is the recipe: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%) 1/2 cup marinara (I used Barilla) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon water Blend ☝️ Mix in 5oz 96% lean ground beef. Mine was fresh off the stove, which heated up the cottage cheese mixture. Feel free to use pre cooked beef and heat it in a pan and add the cottage cheese mixture at the end to warm. I added a few banana peppers and grated Parmesan to mine but this is totally optional. I also know that the dipping vessel will vary, so I did not include that in the calories. You could use: Cut Bell peppers, celery, toasted pita, toasted tortilla or toasted wonton wrappers. Lots of options. This was super filling and it really was delicious. And…. 324 calories and 44g protein!
