Posted @withregram • @tda_cook HEALTHY BROOKIE BAKED OATS🍪This Brookie (brownie/cookie) baked oats because sometimes you just can’t decide between the two, but you want both 🤞🏼INGREDIENTS -FOR COOKIE BASE -1/2 cup oats 🌾1 scoop protein @believesupplements 💪🏼1/2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp brown sugar1/3 cup oats milk 🥛1/2 tsp vanilla flavor @flavoliciousmix or normal vanilla 🌸1 egg 🥚 White chocolate chips FOR BROWNIE BASE 1 tbsp cocoa powder1 push of cookie dough flavor @flavoliciousmix Dark chocolate 85%DIRECTIONS 1) Blend your oats on high to create a fine flour. Then add all remaining ingredients for “cookie base” (except chocolate chips) and blend till combined. 2) Split batter in half into two separate dishes.3) Pour the two separate batters into a greased oven safe dish, keeping the cookie base on one side, and brownie base on the other side. Add extra chocolate chips to the top of batter.4) Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes.5) ENJOY😍!
