Mash raspberries and strain out the seeds. Let cool for about 2-3 minutes. Mix in 2 tbsp of tapioca starch and microwave for 1 minute in 15 second intervals. Gradually mix in 1 cup tapioca starch and knead until the dough is no longer sticky. Roll the dough into small balls and coat in more tapioca starch. Boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them sit in the water for another 20 minutes. Strain and rinse the boba in cold water. Add sweetener of choice and the boba is ready to add to any drink!
