ALL WOMEN NEED TO WATCH THIS! There was a homicide this past weekend in our back yard. It could have been my wife. 29 year old Lauren Heike was murdered while going for a hike, she lived right next to us. We hike the trail many times. You may think, "Oh it won't happen to me" but I'm sure that's what she thought. Remember that it's always good until it's not. Kayla was stalked by a predator a few weeks ago at Trader Joe's but because she was alert and aware and asked some men in Trader Joe's to walk her out, she prevented what could have been a kidnapping. STAY OFF YOUR PHONES! You don't need to be on your phone anyway, its a complete waste of time. Be in the present moment, don't be a consumer, be a person who can walk into the gym or out in public without always being glued to your phone, make eye contact, be confident and communicate with people. We have become so connected we are disconnected. Quit walking and running alone. So many women do this and it's just not safe anymore, if you do, get a concealed carry license and pack some heat, even then, I would suggest to go with a partner or a man you can trust. And yes, people will comment on this video "sHe shoULd hAvE puLLeD tHe truNk reLeaSe" and "I'd wAnT hiM tO kidNap mE". This video went viral years ago and thousands of comments were that. People were missing the great point of this video. I was happy I could be part of it to help bring awareness to clueless women out there. Stay safe ladies. 🙏🏼 Rest in peace Lauren and prayers sent to her family. 💔
