Day 3 of 14 no sugar challenge! I went out again. I was careful to avoid sneaky items like candied bacon or toppings, sauces, and drinks. But a plain burger with no sauce is safe! I also splurged and got mac and cheese which is safe! All under 1 g of sugar. Now i am trying to reduce my dairy intake but i think the cravings hit so hard i really was wanting a carb so this was my way of working around it.
