With spring rolling in, I have been making this lunch on REPEAT!!!!😍 Copycat Joe & the Juice Tunacado Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches) * 1 can (5 oz) tuna in brine, drained * Handful of chives, freshly chopped * Handful of dill, freshly chopped * 1 tbsp mayo * 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced * 1/2 avocado, sliced * 2 whole grain pita bread * 2 tbsp pesto Method: * Toast the pita bread until lightly golden. * In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, freshly chopped chives, dill, and mayo. Mix well. * Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto onto each toasted pita. * Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the two pitas, spreading it over the pesto. * Top the tuna mixture with the thinly sliced tomatoes and avocado slices. * Close the sandwiches with the remaining pita halves. * Serve and enjoy!
