Turkey burg obsession continues with this In-N-Out style turkey burger and animal style roasted potatoes 🍔🥔 Turkey Burger Patty: 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Yellow mustard (for cooking) American cheese (for cooking) Olive oil (for cooking) For assembling/toppings: -bun -sautéed onions -tomato -lettuce -pickles -in-n-out sauce Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings to a bowl and mix until combined. Form into burger patties. I usually make 4 burgers out of 1 lb of meat. Heat up some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add some yellow mustard to the pan where you will add your patties. Add your patties and cook for about 4 minutes before painting some more yellow mustard on top of each patty and flipping. Cook another 4-5 minutes before adding your cheese. Cook for another minute or so, so the cheese melts and the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees internal temp. Assemble and your burger and enjoy! Sauce: I mixed up some ketchup, mustard, mayo, splash of white wine vinegar, splash of pickle juice, and some chopped dill pickles. Potatoes: -wash and chop some Yukon gold potatoes. Coat in olive oil and seasonings. I used salt, pepper, and Kinders Creamy Steakhouse seasoning. -Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 425, checking in about halfway through to stir potatoes. When serving, top with sauteed onions and in-n-out sauce. #dinner #dinnerideas #dinnerrecipe #turkeyburger #innoutburger #easydinnerideas #easymeals #recipe #cooking #mealinspo #dinnerinspo
