Don’t ever forget to notice the beauty and miracles of this world. Two days ago we decided to take our kids on walk on the beach in the evening. We had been at our beach house two days and everyone was complaining they were bored so we went to look for seashells and watch the sunset on the beach. We couldn’t believe it when we saw tiny baby sea turtles hatching from a nest and making their way into the ocean. Two years ago, Ty and I saw an adult sea turtle swimming in the ocean by us at this same beach. Ever since then we’ve been looking for sea turtles every time we swim in the ocean. It was beautiful to find some baby ones hatching and making their way to the water. We didn’t touch them or disturb their nests we tried our best to protect them from other people walking by and also to make sure birds and crabs weren’t trying to eat them as they made their way into the water. Ashton loved it when we described what was happening on the sand. Both Jordan and I wear a sea turtle bracelet and ring because sea turtles remind us of someone we love who passed away two years ago. This is why seeing these baby sea turtles meant so much to us because we know this family member we miss so much is very close to us and she made it possible for us to have this moment with the tiny sea turtles that day. #grief #griefandloss #seaturtles #babyseaturtles #babyseaturtle #cocoabeach #florida #miraclesfromheaven #miraclesdohappen #signsfromheaven #blindnessawareness #septoopticdysplasiaawareness #opticnervehypoplasia #familiesareforever #seaturtles🐢 #griefjourney #disabilityparenting #disabilityadvocate Video description: A girl walks by her dad, then a boy walks with his white cane by the ocean, a mother walks with her three children by the beach in the evening, two tiny sea turtles crawl towards the ocean, a father stands with his three kids looking at the baby sea turtles hatching, a mother stands by her kids watching the sea turtles hatch, the sea turtles hatch from the sand, a mother hugs her youngest daughter smiling.
