Pumpkin coffees are officially back for the Fall season, so Purrista Kody is sharing his Copy Cat Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew for you to enjoy in-between your Starbucks or Dunkin trips! ☕️🎃🐈 (We’ve already been to our local Starbucks TWICE this week for our PSL fix, thankfully Kody whipped us up this tasty recipe or we might go broke before October😹) Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe Serves 2 🎃1/2 cup thickened cream 🎃2 tbsp milk 🎃1 tbsp pumpkin purée 🎃1 tbsp maple syrup 🎃1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice ☕️2 tsp instant coffee or 2 espressos ☕️Ice cubes ☕️Cold water 1. Whip cream, milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, & spice until thick & creamy. 2. Prepare your coffee: either make 1 espresso per glass or use 1 tsp instant coffee per glass and add a small amount of boiling water. 3. Add ice cubes and cold water to your coffee, then top with pumpkin cream.
