Aunt Pam’s PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 🍂 {save this!} Butter a 9x13 pan. Get all ingredients and tools ready. In a large pot, add: 2 sticks butter 1- 12oz can evaporated milk 4.5 c sugar Over medium-low heat, bring to a hard boil. Stir to prevent burning. Once it begins to hard boil, set the timer for 9 minutes. (You are cooking to soft ball stage if using a candy thermometer.) Stir continuously! After the timer goes off, remove from heat. Immediately stir in: 2- 10oz bags of peanut butter chips 1- 13oz jar marshmallow cream fluff Stir quickly until combined. Then, pour hot mixture into buttered 9x13. Add nuts, candy, sprinkles to the top, or simply leave plain. Allow to cool completely before cutting. Perfect for holiday gatherings or gift giving.
