Save this recipe for Pasta Sauce! It’s one of the first real recipes I attempted making when I started to learn how to cook for myself. Start with a generous amount of olive oil, sliced garlic and chili flakes. Cook on low heat so the garlic and chilis infuse the oil with flavor, but won’t burn. Then add in jarred or canned tomatoes (San Marzano are the best in my opinion), salt, pepper and simmer on medium high heat until the tomatoes soften and you can squash them. Lastly add chopped basil and toss in pasta to finish cooking in the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan #pastasauce #spaghetti #pastarecipe

And yes whipping cream and heavy cream are pretty much the same. But you have to use high fat heavy cream. If you’re on the low-carb diet you can eat the sauce with a spoon 🤓! All in all there are small tips to keep your fettuccine from curdling. For instance allow your Parmesan cheese to come to room temperature. Use fresh Parmesan cheese. Kraft does not work😒! Allow your butter to melt before adding your heavy cream and make sure your cream mixture is melting hot before you add your cheese. Do not allow the cream mixture to come to a boil. and if you’re catering there are tricks to the trade. As I did in this video I added flour and milk in the end. That was only so that the sauce stays creamy till it’s served. My recipe serves 50 Your recipe 4-6 1 lb fettuccine 1 stick butter 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 chicken bullion cube 2 tbsp flour 2 c heavy cream 1 c Parmesan cheese 1/2 c milk Add the flour to the butter mixture before you add heavy cream. Allow that to combine for about two minutes then add your heavy cream. add heavy cream and allow it to get hot. But not boil. Once it’s hot enough add the cheese slowly and stir as you add the cheese. Once the cheese is completely combined and steam is coming up from your sauce, add in your milk. Top of your fettuccine with your favorite grilled chicken recipe. I also added spinach to my pasta right before I strained the liquid. 🍝🧄 Pasta con salsa de ajo asado 🍝🧄 Descubre nuestra deliciosa receta de 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗷𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼, una opción sencilla pero increíblemente sabrosa. Los ajos asados le confiere un aroma y sabor dulce y caramelizado que complementa maravillosamente el resto de los ingredientes. La combinación resultante es una salsa cremosa y aromática que se adhiere perfectamente a la pasta. 🤤🤤 Además, su sabor suave y equilibrado la convierte en una opción versátil que agrada a todos los paladares 👪 👇 Por aquí abajo os dejamos la receta para que probéis en casa 👇 INGREDIENTES: 1 cabeza de ajo 200 g de macarrones (o pasta de tu elección) 1 cucharada de aceite 10 g de mantequilla 10 g de harina 50 ml de vino blanco 120 ml de leche 1 cucharadita de mostaza 30 g de queso cheddar rallado 20 g de queso brie Sal y pimienta al gusto Cebollino ELABORACIÓN: 1. Corta la parte superior de la cabeza de ajos. Añádele aceite y envuelve en papel aluminio. Pon en la freidora de aire 15 minutos a 180º C. 2. En un cazo, cuece la pasta según las instrucciones del paquete. 3. Mientras tanto, en una sartén al fuego añade el aceite. Echa después los dientes de ajos asados y cocina un par de minutos, aplastando para crear una especie de pasta. 4. Añade la mantequilla y cuando esté derretida agrega la harina y cocina 7 minutos. Después de ese tiempo echa el vino blanco, revuelve y después de un par de minutos ve añadiendo poco a poco la leche caliente. Añade la mostaza, el queso cheddar, el queso brie y una pizca de sal. 5. Incorpora la pasta de tu elección ya cocida. Si ves que queda muy espesa puedes añadir 1 cucharada del agua de cocción. 6.
