Tapsilog Ingredients Beef Tapa * 2 lbs beef(thinly cut tenderloin/sirloin) * 10 cloves garlic(minced) * 1/2 cup soy sauce * 1/4 cup brown sugar * 3 tbsp calamansi juice * 1/2 tsp msg * 2 tsp black pepper * Oil Garlic Fried Rice * 3 tbsp butter * 2 tbsp neutral oil * 15 cloves garlic(minced) * 4 cups day old rice * Salt and msg to taste Fried Eggs * 2 tbsp neutral oil * 2 to 3 eggs Instructions Beef Tapa 1. Marinate thinly cut beef with garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, calamansi juice, msg, and black pepper. Let the beef marinade in the fridge for 2 hours to overnight. 2. Heat pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of neutral oil. Cook the beef in batches making sure not to overcrowd the pan. 3. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the moisture has fully evaporated and the meat starts to caramelize and turn brown. Garlic Fried Rice 1. Heat butter and 3 tbsp of oil in a wok on medium low heat and once the butter is frothy add the minced garlic. 2. Once the garlic is golden brown, add the rice and season with salt and msg. 3. Mix together for a few minutes and set aside. Fried Eggs 1. Heat oil on medium heat and fry your eggs.
