Grilled chicken Alfredo pasta is a delicious and popular dish that combines tender grilled chicken with creamy Alfredo sauce and pasta. Ingredients: . 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated with 👇🏻 . 1 tbsp smoked paprika . 1/2 tbsp black pepper . 1/2 tbsp salt . 1/2 garlic powder . 1/2 tbsp dried parsley . A pinch of rosemary Penne pasta (boiled) Alfredo sauce : . 4 tbsp butter . 1/4 cup all purpose flour . 8 oz milk . 1/2 cup heavy cream . 3 tbsp cream cheese . 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese . 1/3 parmesan cheese . 1 tbsp red chili flakes . Salt and pepper to taste . 1 tbsp dried parsley . 1 tbsp oregano .Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into thin strips. . In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. . Add all purpose flour, make it smooth make sure the heat is low. Add milk keep stirring add cream cheese. Add heavy cream. Stir continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy. . Add all the seasonings. . Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. .Add mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan . Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the pasta. . Garnish with parsley. Ingredients: * 8 ounces fettuccine pasta * 3 tablespoons butter * 1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces * 3 tablespoons olive oil * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 cup broccoli florets * 1 cup heavy cream * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese * 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese * 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried * 1/2 teaspoon basil dried * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * Salt and pepper to taste * Dried parsley, (for garnish) Instructions * Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. * In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink. * Add salt and pepper to taste. * cook the chicken until they are light in color and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. * In a same skillet, melt the butter over medium- high heat, add the minced garlic again cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. * Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Add the garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt and pepper(to taste). Stir well and bring to a simmer. * Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts and forms a creamy sauce. * If the sauce if too thick, add a little pasta water or chicken broth. * Add the broccoli florets and the cooked chicken into the sauce and stir again about a minute. * Add the cooked fettuccine pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta,chicken and broccoli are well coated with the sauce. * Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to heat everything through. * Garnish with dried or fresh parsley. Salt + Pepper 3. Paprika 4. Italian Breadcrumbs 5. Flour 6. Parmesan 7. Chicken Breast 8. 2 eggs 9. Garlic Powder 10. Basil, Oregano, or Italian Seasoning 11. 2 shallots 12. 4-5 Garlic cloves 13. 3 tbsp Dry Sherry 14. 1 -1.5 cup of Heavy Cream. Use more for more pasta. 15. Red Pepper Flakes 16. 1 Cup pasta water Directions: 1. Cook your pasta till Al Dente 2. 1 cup of flour and add in 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp dry basil. 3. 1 cup of breadcrumbs and add in 1 tbsp paprika and 1/4cup of parmesan 4. 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of water and mix 5. Coat the chicken with flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs 6. Pan fry with enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side. 7. Add in some butter into the pan and baste the chicken to finish 8. Sauce time. Add in your Onions and garlic and cook down 9. Add in dry sherry and cook down till no alcohol 10. Add in your heavy cream. You can use the full amount but remember you can add in some pasta water at the end to make the sauce thinner. 11. Season with 1 tbsp of basil, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of red pepper flakes 12. Shut off the flame after everything is emulsified and immediately add in 1/2-1cup of parmesan. Just taste the sauce and add in more for your liking 13. Add in pasta water if the sauce is too thick. 14. Salt for taste 15. Optional - squeeze of lime
