✨𝑽𝑨𝑵𝑮𝑰 𝑩𝑯𝑨𝑨𝑻✨ karnataka Special Recipe: 🌼For Masala: Dry Roast 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal. Roast it until it changes color. Now add 1 tbsp corriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 5-6 peppercorns, Cinnamon, 4 cloves and 6 Dried Red chillies. Roast this for 2-3 minutes on low flame. 🌼Now add 2 tbsp Desiccated or fresh Coconut and roast for 1 min. Let this cools down completely. 🌼Add the masala to blender jar and add 1/4 tsp hing or asafoetida and 1 tbsp jaggery powder. And make fine powder. 🌼Now heat 2 tbsp oil, Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add 1/2 tsp chana dal and urad dal. Saute for 30 seconds and add 1/4 tsp peanuts. and cook for 2 minutes. 🌼Add 8-10 curry leaves. And 4-5 baingan roughly chopped. cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Add 1/4 cup water and cover with lid. 🌼Let this cook for 7-10 minutes and then add boiled rice, 2 tbsp masala and mix it nicely. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 🌼Finely add 1 tbsp ghee and give it a nice mix and serve with Dahi and Enjoy. Note: With the leftover masala you can make bharwa bhindi, bharwa baingan or use it as a podi masala for Rice or idli.
