Serves: 1-2 Prep time: 4 minutes Bake time: 55-65 minutes Special tools: tin foil and caviar spoon Ingredients: Baked Potato 1 large Idaho potato 1 splash EVOO Terra Delyssa 1 kosher salt 2 cranks black pepper Stuffing: 1 large nub butter 1 kosher salt 1 black pepper 2 tablespoons creme fraiche 1 sprinkle scallions, sliced 1 tin Sturgeon Caviar Method: 1.Wash, lubricate and season your potato. Wrap it up and bake at 375F for 55-65 minutes. 2.Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. 3.Cut a slit from end to end and place into a towel. Smash on the counter and open it up. 4.Stuff with butter, creme fraiche and scallions.
