Call CPS, but I am telling yall it works. When I was pregnant with Sunny (5 years ago) a very successful woman gave me some advice I think of almsot daily. This woman had 3 children herself and they were all flourishing in life, so I was all ears! 1. Always keep your promises. Both negative and positive. If you promise to send one more email and then push them on the swing, you keep that, but if you promise to take the ipad if they dont clean their room, you have to follow through. You get respect not by being a strict or lenient parent, but by keeping your word. 2. Never sat “be carful” explain their surroundings. How to move their body so they can competently complete the action. Tell them to control their body. Teach them how. We are creating competent, able and intelligent leaders who can take responsibility for themselves and their actions. Not careful adults who cant problem solve. Now before you attack me in the comments. I never let my kids do things that are crazy Dangerous. And I tell them the truth about the risks of doing different things, I have made them responsible for their body, so if they know their body cant do that task, they ask for help or they dont do it. Anyways, every kid is different and parenting is different, but another viewpoint to think with. . . . #parentingtips #parentinghacks #giftguide2023 #giftguide #wantforchristmas #whatkidswant #littlekidgifts #parenting #corememory #playroomsofinstagram #sadbeigechildren #sadbeigetoys #sadbeigebaby
