Making lemongrass ribs, cucumber salad with sticky rice! Ingredients: 1 rack of pork ribs 5 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tbsp minced lemongrass 3 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar You can use any meat, I’m using pork baby back ribs and I cut them first to individual ribs. To prep the marinade, I’m using frozen lemongrass and garlic and chopping until it’s finely minced. In a bowl, add ribs, oyster sauce, garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, Knorr seasoning sauce, minced lemongrass and brown sugar. Mix everything together so that the ribs are coated with the marinade. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but overnight is always best! Cook in air fryer at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes on each side. Cooking times will vary based off your air fryer. I made sticky rice, which is glutinous rice that’s steamed in a rice basket which you should be able to find at Lao/Thai and Cambodian markets. Cover and steam until rice turns translucent then give it a quick flip to cook through. It’s then put in a rice basket for serving.
