My advice for food for abs is: protein-fish, chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, GREENS! 🥦 Low fat dairy products: milk, cheese and yoghurt. Tofu, beans, tempeh. Walnuts, almonds and hazlenuts. Brown rice/pasta. Water. LOTS OF WATER! Green tea. 1 spoonful apple cider vinegar per day (dont buy those ridicuous gummies. They will NOT make you lose weight) These are just some suggestions, you do not need to be on ANY silly diets. In fact you can eat a ton of food and still get abs (and weight loss).
