Crispy Spring Rolls 😍 recipe: 15 rice paper 150g sushi rice 3 sheets seaweed 1/2 cucumber 1 avocado 2 tbsp sriracha mayo 200 g raw or smoked salmon 1 mango 15 g mint 4 tbsp sesame seeds Method: 1. Prepare the sushi rice and let it cool down. 2. With a scissor, cut the seaweed sheets in ca. 6 rectangulars. 3. Cut the mango, avocado, salmon and cucumber in small stripes. 4. Add cold water to a big bowl. Dip a rice paper in the bowl of water. Place the rice paper on a cutting board. 5. Place the seaweed in the middle of the rice paper. 6. Add a tablespoon of sushi rice on top. Press it with a spoon, make it the same shape of the seaweed. 7. Top it with cucumber, avocado, sriracha mayo, salmon, mango and mint leaves. Make sure the sriracha mayo is in between the avocado and salmon to make the spring roll look more attractive when rolled up. 8. Dip the spring rolls in sesame seeds. 9. Heat up a frying pan, and place them in the pan till the sesame seeds are golden brown. 10. Serve with soy sauce. #springrolls #crispyspringrolls #snackrecipe #sushiroll
