As Easter fast approaches we want to share one of our favourite recipes to make during this holiday! Follow the recipe below: Cadbury Mini Eggs 1 can of condensed milk 500g of soft brown sugar for that caramel 150ml of milk 125g of unsalted butter Vanilla extract Method: Tip all the ingredients, except the Mini Eggs into a saucepan and mix everything over low heat. Stir gently until all the sugar has melted and then turn up the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan regularly so it doesn’t burn. To know if your fudge is ready, drop a teaspoon of mixture into a small bowl of water, if it’s ready, it will form a soft ball that can be flattened without sticking to your fingers. Remove the mix from the heat and leave it to cool for 5 minutes. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to beat the mixture for another 5 minutes. Chop part of your Mini Eggs and tip them into the fudge mixture, stir evenly, folding them into the mix. Tip the fudge mixture into a lined tin with baking parchment. With a spatula, smooth the surface out. Scatter over the remaining Mini Eggs, then leave at room temperature until completely firm and set.
