Replying to @Kelly Kindy yes yes, i am missing my labia minora but finally got a diagnosis after 25 years!! And its lichen sclerosus. Since 5 years old i have had the most sensitive, irritated v@gina. I thought i had chronic yeast and BV infections, which still accounted for half my issues.. but during pregnancy i found out I actually have this autoimmune chronic condition that causes my skin to thin, become white patchy, super itchy, torn and cracked, and wrinkled. It has been like that since my teen years. It hasnt been diagnoised until a couple months ago, therefore has been left untreated since. The only treatment is a high potency steroid which is not what i want to do in fear of topical steroid withdrawl and just overall dependency on it. Theres no certainty to cause but said it can be triggered by hereditary, trauma, infection, and immune disorders. So… thankful for answers but also bummed i didnt have this YEARRSS AGO. #lic#lichensclerosusa#yeastinfectiong#obgynm#womenreproductivehealthc#secondtrimestere#pregnancyjourneym#womenshealthm#womenshealthawarenesspicalsteroidawareness
