Here’s how to make the starbucks medicine ball, but one that actually benefits you. And its cheaper. Makes 12-16 cubes 5 organic lemons, scrubbed and washed well, roughly chopped 1 3-inch piece of ginger, scrubbed and washed well 1/3 cup raw honey (I used @naturenates) 1/2 cup coconut water (@harmlessharvest always!) Mint tea (I used @tazo) Blend all ingredients (except for the tea) until smooth. Transfer to an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight. To make a medicine ball, steep a bag of the mint tea over hot water. Add 3 cubes, more honey and a slice of lemon. Stir and enjoy! NOTE: these are strong — if you prefer to juice the lemons instead of blending the lemons with the peel on, you can do that too.
