Špek rolice od 2 sastojka 🤤 | 2 ingredients pancetta twists 😍 SASTOJCI • 1 kupovno lisnato tijesto • panceta/slanina/špek u narescima (treba biti 17 narezaka/listića pancete, ja koristim od Gavrilovića koja ima 20 narezaka u pakiranju od 100g) RECEPT 1. Lisnato prerežite na 11 jednakih trakica (ako želite lakše baratati s lisnatim, stavite ga u zamrzivač 15min prije uporabe) 2. Na trakice rasporedite nareske pancete (mogu se i preklapati, nije bed) 3. Upalite pećnicu na 200’C 4. Svaku trakicu s pancetom zarolajte 3 puta (primite krajeve pa ih uvrnete u suprotnom smjeru 3 puta) 5. Posložite na pleh od pećnice obložen papirom za pečenje 6. Premažite razmućenim jajetom (ili za intenzivniju žutu boju jednim žumanjcem), pospite sezamom/sjemenkama 7. Pecite 15-20min na 200’C do zlatno žute boje ❣️ENGLISH INGREDIENTS • 1 puff pastry • sliced pancetta/bacon (there should be 17 slices of pancetta) RECIPE 1. Cut the puff pastry into 11 equal strips (if you want to handle the puff pastry easier, put it in the freezer 15 minutes before use) 2. Arrange sliced pancetta on the strips (they can also overlap, it’s okay) 3. Turn on the oven at 200'C 4. Roll each strip with pancetta 3 times (take the ends and twist them in the opposite direction 3 times) 5. Arrange on an oven tray lined with baking paper 6.
