Replying to @megan.louise10 There’s a couple different ways I like to wrap round items, here is one way…its very important you measure the paper correctly, it should be half the length of your item, that way you can just tuck in the last pelt and not have to use tape to hold it together, also when your pelting the paper your brining the folds to the very middle of the item every time. If you are natural and wanting a silk press, you should either know how to wrap your hair, Flexi rod set it or roller set it. The hair needs to be set to maintain the straight hair. Wrapping in a circle does lose volume over time but setting with flex rods overnight will help you keep your volume. You do not have to add any product to rod set it. Find a book to measure the perfect size, wrap your ribbon around it. It will depend on the size of the box and how full you want to make it. I usually like to wrap it around 8-12 times. You can use wired or non-wired ribbon, however, I do suggest wired ribbon if the loops will be larger. That way, they will stay fluffed and in place, as opposed to slouching down. When you're done, fold the loops to find the halfway point and cut into the ribbon, but do not cut all the way through! Then, tie your loops onto the ribbon that is on the box and start pulling the loops apart.
