This is very important if you are getting a lot of leads for your business, but not converting them into customers (in other words, you’ve got marketing figured out but not sales). If you are able, you must get on the phone with your leads and have the sales conversation in person. If you’re unable to have a phone call for one reason or another, a scheduled live chat would do as well. Why? Because I want you in the room for that conversation. Rather than sending an email detailing what it would be like working with you, demonstrate it in person. Rather than send a quote, have a discussion about budget and scope.
