It’s great if you use a good quality ice cream, however, if you use a bad quality ice cream and over-mix the batter, you will be chewing on a tea flavored sponge. Color ice cream with food dye. Mix all ingredients until just combined. (Don’t overmix) Bake 350• for 15-18 mins. Drizzle with glaze. Glaze: 1/2 cup powder sugar 2Tbsp melted butter 3Tbsp Ice cream (melted) 1 Tbsp water. Mix until pourable consistency. The Best Marble Teacake In Air Fryer 😋 Ingredients and steps: 2 Eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix very well 1 cup plain all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Mix very well again Take 40 g butter and 1/2 cup milk Heat it up in microwave It should be very hot Add it to the cake mixture. Mix until fully incorporated. Divide the cake mixture in 2 portions Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to 1 portion Add 2 tbsp milk to it as well Mix very well. Take 2 lb cake loaf tin. Grease and line with baking paper. Pour the cake mixtures bit by bit. Make swirls with a skewer. Don't over do it. I am making this in my K5 pro Air Fryer by @hauswirt_baking No need to pre heat the air fryer. Place the cake tin in the air fryer. Air fry at 150ºC for 45-50 minutes . Check with a skewer after 40 minutes and if it's not done, air fry for another 5 minutes.
