Pull apart kruh 😍 | Pull apart bread 🤤 (english below) SASTOJCI - 1 okrugli kruh ili pogača - 125g maslac (sobne temp.) - peršin, morska sol i šareni papar, sve od Vegeta Maestro - 100ml maslinovo ulje - 4 režnja češnjaka - 200g mozzarella RECEPT 1. Napravimo namaz tako da pomiješamo omekšali maslac, začine, ulje i protisnuti češnjak 2. Kruh prerežemo okomito i vodoravno tako da je skoro skroz prerezan, ali da se ipak samo mjestimično spaja na dnu (kako bi se mogao i trgati kasnije, ali i ostati skupa dok ga nadjevamo) 3. Premazati sva udubljenja s namazom - ja prvo spustim okomitu krišku po krišku i premažem po jednu stranu, vratim “u kruh”, i onda dodam namaz i u vodoravne linije (ako vam se raspada, stavite odmah u kalup pa razdvajajte i mažite) 4. Prebaciti u kalup za tortu ili okruglu tepsiju (možete ju napraviti i od alu folije tako da ju oblikujete u kalup) 5. U razreze obilno staviti mozzarellu (ne na vrh, nego samo u udubljenja) 6. Odozgo obložiti alu folijom i peći 20min na 200C 7. Maknuti foliju i peći još 5-10min na 200C 8. Probati pričekati da se ohladi pa trgati :)

Transfer to a cake mold or a round pan for the oven (you can also make it from aluminum foil by shaping it into a mold) 5. Stuff each croashatch with plenty of mozzarella 6. Cover the top with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 200C 7. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes at 200C 8.
