ad. Delicious peppermint creams that are so simple, they make a great little festive activity to do with the kids and are a cheap and easy way to create gifts! . I have been making these for a few years with the kids, because with a few simple ingredients from @morrisons, it’s one of those recipes you cannot get wrong . Morrisons have a huge selection of products and festive ingredients perfect for whipping up festive recipes and gifts! Like their chickpeas I used instead of raw egg using the aquafaba making them a child friendly activity. . You will need • one tin of Morrisons chickpeas • 400g icing sugar • Morrisons peppermint extract • lemon • chocolate and sprinkles for decoration if you wish, we used Morrisons Dark Chocolate flavoured covering. Method Add two tbsp of aquafaba (chickpea water). Add two tsp of peppermint and half the juice of a lemon - stir together. Then add a tbsp at a time of the icing sugar until you get a soft dough consistency. Then all you need to do is roll it out and use a cookie cutter to cut out the shapes. We then like to melt some chocolate to decorate and cover them in sprinkles. ( you can also use vegan chocolate to make these vegan and dairy free) If you pop them in little jars with some ribbon they make perfect little handmade gifts, the kids have made these for their school friends. #ApprovedbyFarmerChristmas #Morrisons
