Bibimbap 비빔밥 with lunar new year leftovers. I took a bath so my hair is wet. To make the vegetables: I used, soybean sprouts, spinach, aster, radish sprouts, and royal fern. Boil the water in a pot for 5 to 7 mins. Once the water starts to boil, plunge the vegetables into the pot and leave it for 30 seconds. Dunk them in ice and ice cold water for 30 seconds and squeeze the excess water out. Season with 1 tsp green onion, finely chopped ½ tsp minced garlic kosher salt to taste 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds 1 Tbsp sesame oil For bibimbap, I just add gochujang, sesame oil, and top it with kimchi juice, fried eggs, and crumbled roasted seaweed. #bibimbap #비빔밥 #korean #koreanfood #koreanlunch #lunch
