I understand that knee pain can be rather inconvenient as it may negatively impact one's overall performance during training or race days. That's why I'm here to help you with some exercises to strengthen and mobilize your knees!! 🙌🏻 1) TKE ( Terminal Knee Extension ) - Drive heel down into the floor - Knee extends against band’s resistance - Keep weight on your stationary leg and press through the ball of your foot on the active leg 2) Spanish Squats - Anchor a padded strap behind your knees - Squat down, keeping your shins vertical throughout the movement. - Raise and lower in a controlled way keeping your back in neutral position at all times. 3) ATG SPLIT SQUATS - Focus on driving your knees forward - keep your torso upright all throughout - Your calves and hamstring must reach each other - Raise Keep back leg as straight as possible If you want some blueprints with knee pain comment "KNEE" and I'm willing to give if for free!
