✨Ein Phänomen welches sich immer wieder zeigen kann - dass wenn deine Beziehungsperson eine Person gedatet hat, die in krassem Gegensatz zu dir steht, das Unsicherheit und Angst auslösen kann. Dasselbe gilt oft aber auch, wenn diese zu nah an dir dran steht. Egal wie man es dreht und wendet - oft hat das in solchen Momenten sehr viel mehr uns selbst als mit anderen zu tun. Bei der einen Person denkst du vielleicht: wie kannst du auf mich stehen, wenn eigentlich das dein Typ ist? Und bei dem anderen Szenario denkst du möglicherweise: Das hast du schon alles bei mir ich genüge dir also nicht? Zwei komplett starre binäre Denkarten. Oft mögen Menschen verschiedene Menschen. Ich mag Pho, Ramen und Gemüssesuppen und alles konkurriert nicht miteinander, da ich einfach vieles mag. Solch Gefühle können sich auch schnell gegenüber festen Beziehungspersonen einschleichen. Manchmal, wenn du Abneigung gegen ein Date/Metamour empfindest, geht es vielleicht gar nicht um die Person, sondern darum, was du im Vergleich zu ihnen über dich selbst fühlst und denkst. Wenn ein Date/Meta Unsicherheiten auslöst, ist es leichter, diesen abzulehnen als sich selbst. Es ist völlig in Ordnung einen Meta nicht zu mögen und keine Interaktion zu wollen, weil es persönlich nicht passt, doch die Ehrlichkeit dir selbst gegenüber ist Essenziel. Lass dein Herz nicht zu einem Ort von Groll und Neid werden lassen heißt - ehrlich zu dir selbst sein und dann Mitgefühl. Polysaturation is a term used in polyamorous relationships referring to when someone reaches their limit of partners and emotional connections they can reasonably maintain. When polysaturated, a person is at capacity with their existing partners and does not have the emotional bandwidth to properly nurture and develop a connection with a new partner. Being aware of and respecting one's polysaturation point is crucial out of respect for yourself and any potential new partners. Before opening yourself up to new dating opportunities, it is important to take stock of your current commitments and relationships. Every partner deserves your full attention, time, and energy. Spreading yourself too thin across multiple partnerships when you are already at capacity can lead to partners feeling neglected. It is better to focus on giving your all to your current connections before pursuing new dating adventures. If you feel you are at your saturation point, it is perfectly valid to hold off on dating that cute new person until you have the capacity to properly devote yourself to fostering a meaningful relationship.
