kimchi jjigae is ult slay . + 1/2 lb pork belly, sliced into bite size pieces + 1/2 onion, sliced + 2 green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish) + 4 cloves garlic, minced + 1 cup sour kimchi with a few tbsp juice + 1 tsp gochugaru + 1 tsp sugar + 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced + 2 cups rinsed rice water + 1 tsp chicken bouillon + 2 tsp fish sauce + 1/2 block tofu, sliced (I use medium firm) + 1/2 package enoki mushrooms . add the pork belly to a pot over medium heat and let I let it cook for about 3 minutes. add the onion, green onions (reserve some for garnish), garlic, kimchi with juice, and the shiitake mushrooms. cook for another 5 minutes. add the gochugaru, sugar, rice water, chicken bouillon, and fish sauce. mix together, then add the tofu and enoki mushrooms on top. cover and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. top with remaining green onion and serve it with rice👌🏼 ahh it’s so good😶🌫️ . #kimchijjigae #kimchistew #김치찌개
