Our first dinner in the RV was Sutan’s all-time favorite— omurice🍳✨ Here’s the recipe so you can try it at home too!🍅 It’s comforting, delicious, and easy to make. ✨UMAMI Omurice (Serves 3)✨ 🍚 600–700g cooked rice 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped 🍗 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced 🧈 15g butter 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste 🥄 4 tbsp UMAMI Sauce 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup 🥚 6 eggs How to make: • Sauté the onion and chicken in butter. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. • Once softened, mix in UMAMI Sauce and ketchup. Cook until the sauce thickens (about half the liquid should evaporate). • Stir in the cooked rice and mix well. To wrap in eggs: • Heat cooking oil in a clean pan. Pour in 2 beaten eggs and lightly stir. • Before the eggs fully set, place a portion of the ketchup rice in the center. • Use a spatula to fold the eggs over the rice.
