I finally get to do my homework with you guys! I absolutely love holistic nutrition school🙌🏼🎉❤️ so this is called nettle, oat chai and it comes from a book called Body into Balance by Maria Groves. All of the ingredients are available on my Amazon storefront just click under my username. The book is also available there too. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted in fact, I am so excited to continue to make this daily one cup of nettle infused tea has approximately 500 mg of highly bioavailable calcium. That means that the calcium that you’re getting from the nettle is actually being used by the body and absorbed by the body properly. Here’s the recipe I did: 1 teaspoon of nettle, 1 teaspoon oat straw, 1 teaspoon of rolled oats, one pinch licorice root one pinch pumpkin pie spice, five whole cloves, one cinnamon stick, one fresh sliced ginger sliver. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of pure, maple syrup, whatever kind of creamer you prefer, I also added a pinch of Stevia but you don’t have to do that and blend. Add a cinnamon stick if you’d like and enjoy and be prepared to be wowed by how delicious it is. #holistichealth #tea #nettle #herbalmedicine #fyp
