#AD | @itsu have it locked down when you need ramen hacks. #itsusbrilliantbroth #istu #broth #ramen #easyrecipe #chef #hacks Recipe: Ingredients: * 1 packet of Itsu Chicken Broth * 4 Itsu Gyoza (dumplings) * 1 packet of rice noodles * 1 red chili, finely sliced * 2 spring onions, finely chopped * 1 corn on the cob * A handful of wild mushrooms * 1 tablespoon of crispy onions * Chili powder (for the corn) * Salt and pepper to taste * Optional: a dash of soy sauce or sesame oil for extra flavor * Instructions: * Preheat the Oven for the Corn: * Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F). While waiting, you can prepare the corn. * Prepare the Corn: * Remove the husk from the corn. Rub the corn with a little oil, then sprinkle generously with chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Wrap the corn in aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then cut the kernels off the cob. * Cook the Rice Noodles: * Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside. * Prepare the Itsu Chicken Broth: * In a separate pot, bring the Itsu Chicken Broth to a simmer. If you have it, you can add a dash of soy sauce or sesame oil for extra flavor. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. * Cook the Itsu Gyoza and Mushrooms: * In a pan over medium heat, add a bit of oil and cook the Itsu Gyoza according to the package instructions, usually until golden brown on the bottom. Remove and set aside. * In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, and sauté the wild mushrooms until they're soft and cooked through. * Assemble the Ramen: * Place a serving of rice noodles in a bowl. Ladle the hot Itsu Chicken Broth over the noodles. * Add the cooked Itsu Gyoza, wild mushrooms, baked chili corn kernels, sliced red chili, and chopped spring onions on top of the broth. * Finally, sprinkle the tablespoon of crispy onions over everything for a nice crunch. * Serve Hot: * Your delicious ramen is ready to enjoy!
