Chicken & Dumplings Cook 3-4 chicken breasts seasoned with garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, & butter. Shred. In a pot combine 8c chicken broth, shredded chicken, diced carrots, diced celery, more garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, and 2 bay leaves. Dumplings: 1 3/4c flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/3c softened butter, 3/4c milk. Roll out to about 1/4” and cut into pieces. Add dumplings to pot and let cook for 15-20mins.
