My daughter, her son- I have them and this moment… cruising down the slope with words of love and encouragement. ✨✨ I’m grateful to have my sisters children in my life. Being with them heals me. 🤍 They connect me to the beautiful person my sister has been in my life. It’s an important reminder- when people face crisis, when they cause pain, or make choices we can’t grasp, it doesn’t undo the love they’ve shown you in your life, or how they’ve shaped you into the person you are proud of today. Honoring that has helped me so much. For those of you who have followed our story, and ask how Teddy, who now goes by Theo, is doing, he is thriving. His Mom and Dad, our co-guardians, are incredible and love him deeply. He’s mostly with them these days, with sleepovers, afternoons, trips, shared time and split time. We are like one big family together. Today I was with Emi & Theo and their connection reminded me of this video from last year when they were both 3 years old, so special to share it again since this video was removed on IG and the audio come on TT. #cousinsiblings #kinshipcare #familyislove #addictionawareness #mentalhealthillness #skiingwithkids #kidsonskis
