Its the nurses response that melts my heart at the end. 🥹🥹💜 With Pennys one year post transplant approaching this week, im finding myself reflecting back more then ever. When i do look back i realise just how strong and relisent she actually was through it all. Penny was so brave & although it was daunting & was the unkown for her, taking control was a huge milestone for her. I believe this helped her stay postive througout the rest of her journey. This gave Penny the most confidence ever, Penny got to cut her long locks short, not many 6 year olds get to do this. Penny been in charge of the scissors made her so happy, this meant she got to have a new hair style before she lost more hair. Penny loosing her hair was one of the things i dreaded the most as i was more concerned & scared for how it would make her feel. However Penny embraced it & couldnt wait to facetime all her family to show her new hairstyle off to them. This day was a day i will remember forever & was a moment i will treasure forever. Penny been Penny was just amazing from the very start of her journey, right to a year on. This week we will celebrate a whole year of her new immune system, this week we will celebrate Penny, this week we will celebrate just how blessed we are 💜🫶 #pennyrose #bmtwarrior #camt #pennysjourney #chemotherapysideeffects #chemotherapy #takingcontrol #mylittlehero #mysuperstar #thebravestofthemall #strong #brave #beautiful #hairloss #proudofyou #youvecomesofar #nhs #nursesoftiktok #daughtersoftiktok #preciousmoments #tiktok #fyp
