This may not taste exactly like a snickers bar, but it is pretty darn good and it’s an easy dessert that I can whip up in a few minutes and store in the freezer for healthier snacking! Ingredients: ✨1 tub of dates ✨1 jar of peanut butter (I suggest using the no added sugar kind) ✨2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips ✨ toppings of choice I used coconut, flaky salt and macadamia nuts 1. Remove pits from dates, lay on a cookie sheet. 2. Microwave peanut butter for easier spreading. 3. Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted, adding coconut oil or butter for smoother melting. 4. Flatten dates, layer with peanut butter first, then chocolate. 5.
