Order now + get $0 deliver fee on your first order! #ad INGREDIENTS: 1 block super extra firm tofu grain of choice (i love brown rice or quinoa) veggies of choice (i used broccoli, sweet potato + spinach) lemon hummus soy sauce nutritional yeast garlic + chili powder RECIPE: chop tofu into cubes. add to bowl or bag with soy sauce, nutritional yeast, garlic + chili powder. i eyeball this so just make sure it's well-coated + you can always add more if desired. shake/toss until evenly coated. add tofu to air fryer or oven at 390F for ~10 minutes or until crispy. toss veggies of choice with olive oil + sea salt in a bowl. add to air fryer, oven or sauté. i prefer air fryer at 390F for ~5 minutes or until crispy. while tofu/veggies are cooking, prepare grain of choice on stovetop or microwave. assemble bowl: add grain of choice + top with crispy tofu, cooked veggies, fresh spinach. squeeze lemon juice + sea salt on top. add a scoop of hummus to the center of the bowl, or mix with a few drops of water + drizzle on top as a sauce.
