It’s Fromage Friday over here and we’re getting down on this hot honey & goat cheese pepperoni pizza dip! I get so many questions about what to do with hot honey and if wondering the same, it should be this!! Recipe below 😘 🍅 1 15 oz jar marinara (@raoshomemade is my go-to for this!) ⚪️ 1 8oz log goat cheese (you know I’m using @rothcheese!) 🍕1 handful pepperoni (@hormel.pepperoni all the way!) 🍯3 tbsp @mikeshothoney 🌿 1 handful julienned basil INSTRUCTIONS ✨preheat oven to 400F degrees. ✨add marinara to a cast iron (I’m using the @ourplace cast iron but you could also use a medium sized baking dish 12” is prob best). Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning makes this dip extra FUEGO!!!! Ingredients 8oz cream cheese 1 cup ricotta 1 cup pizza sauce 1lb cooked ground sausage Pepperoni Basil Parmesan Mozzarella Jalapeno ranch seasoning Hot honey I heated up the cream cheese, ricotta and pizza sauce to get it all mixed in then added half of the cooked sausage, chopped pepperoni, grated Parm and shredded mozzarella. Once it was all combined I topped it with more mozzarella, the rest of the sausage, pepperoni, some jalapeno ranch and I smoked it in my big green egg at 250 for about 90 minutes. The cheese was nice and bubbly. I garnished with pesto, basil, hot honey and fresh grated Parmesan. Bomb! #jalapenoranch #pizzadip #pizza

Did I convince anyone to try it? lol! I get it…it isn’t a beautiful lasagna…I debated posting this because I just couldn’t make this look “not disgusting”…. lol But WHATEVER. It really was delicious and I really will make this again. It’s like a cheesy pizza dip. Seriously though- try it out. Doooo itttttt!!!! Lol 😂 Here is the recipe: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%) 1/2 cup marinara (I used Barilla) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon water Blend ☝️ Mix in 5oz 96% lean ground beef. Mine was fresh off the stove, which heated up the cottage cheese mixture. Feel free to use pre cooked beef and heat it in a pan and add the cottage cheese mixture at the end to warm. I added a few banana peppers and grated Parmesan to mine but this is totally optional. I also know that the dipping vessel will vary, so I did not include that in the calories. You could use: Cut Bell peppers, celery, toasted pita, toasted tortilla or toasted wonton wrappers. Lots of options. This was super filling and it really was delicious. And…. 324 calories and 44g protein!
